LOCATION

All METROCON08 activities will take place at the Dallas Market Hall [2200 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207], which is located on the campus of Dallas Market Center. For a campus map of the Dallas Market Center, click here.

If traveling from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport:

• Exit south out of the airport
• Take the TX-183 east ramp to Dallas/Irving - go 11 mi
• Bear right at I-35E south - go 2.6 mi
• Take exit 430A to Oak Lawn Ave/Hi Line Dr/Victory Ave - go 0.3 mi
• Turn left and head toward N Stemmons Fwy
• Turn left at N Stemmons Fwy - go 0.2 mi
• Pass Market Center Blvd and turn right into the Dallas Market Hall parking lot.

If traveling from Dallas Love Field Airport:

• When exiting the airport, turn right onto W Mockingbird Ln - go 0.9 mi
• Bear a right onto the TX-354-LOOP south ramp to access Harry Hines Blvd - go 2.6 mi
• Turn right at Oak Lawn Ave - go 0.1 mi
• Turn right onto N Stemmons Fwy - go 0.2 mi
• Pass Market Center Blvd and turn right into the Dallas Market Hall parking lot.

Hotel Reservations
Please reserve your hotel accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Hotel Reservations must be made by July 14, 2008 to ensure the group rate. Bookings after this date will be made with the current hotel rate.

PARKING & VALET

Dallas Market Center has almost 3,000 spaces available for self-parking. During show hours, covered trams will be available in the parking lots to shuttle self-parkers between parking spaces and Dallas Market Hall.

Complimentary valet service will be available to ATTENDEES both days of the tradeshow. EXHIBITORS will be required to pay for valet service. Valet hours are
7:30AM - 8:30PM on Thursday & 7:30AM - 4:30PM on Friday.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttles will run continuously between Dallas Market Hall, and Metrocon selected hotels during the following hours:

   THURSDAY:     7:30 am – 10:30 am & 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
   FRIDAY:          7:30 am – 10:30 am & 2:30 pm - 3?30 pm
