METROCON does not make any of our Registrants’ information, other than anonymous group statistics, available to any entities outside of METROCON Committee, Exhibitors, and Sponsors. METROCON does not make our Registrants’ email addresses available to Exhibitors and Sponsors; however, METROCON does make our Registrants’ names, addresses, and telephone numbers available to Exhibitors and Sponsors.

The privacy and security policies and practices of these Websites are beyond our control and we advise our users to take appropriate measures to protect themselves when entering or browsing other websites.

REFUND POLICY

All monetary transactions are to be conducted in U.S. dollars.

Exhibitors: See the Cancellation portion of the EXHIBITORS TERMS & CONDITIONS (located on the EXHIBITORS page) for information on booth refunds.

Attendees of Tradeshow, Keynote event(s), and/or Continuing Education classes: No refunds will be given once online transactions have been completed through the website.
