METROCON12 will feature 200+ exhibitors in 350+ booths, 50+ CEU's, and wonderful networking opportunities. For the 10th year in a row, attendees will take advantage of this premier event, which focuses on introducing the latest in products to the region’s design professionals.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MEMBERSHIP:
To qualify as a Member and receive discounted tradeshow and/or continuing education pricing, Attendees must be in good standing - i.e., not suspended for non-payment - in the official ASID database [as any of the member types shown here] or in the official IIDA database [as any of the member types shown here] ON MAY 1, 2012. If not in either one of these official databases on this date, then the Attendee will not qualify as a Member and will need to pay the non-member pricing. Please know that membership claims will be verified against lists procured from ASID and IIDA showing active membership status on May 1, 2012. Those online pre-registrants claiming membership but not actually Members will be contacted and required to pay the difference. Those on-site registrants claiming membership MUST show proof of membership ON MAY 1, 2012, either in the form of a membership card or print-out from the ASID or IIDA website.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
When pre-registering online, Attendees have the option to pre-pay for a box lunch on Thursday and/or Friday of the show, allowing Attendees an alternative to the Food Court, which will also be available. To find out box lunch options, please visit the Food & Beverage page.
2012 ATTENDEE RULES
- The only pre-registration method for the Tradeshow and Continuing Education is online via this page of the METROCON website. Locate the link to access online pre-registration at the top of the LINKS section to the right.
- Since the computer system tracks each registrant through his/her email address and not his/her name, Every registrant must have his/her own distinct Email Address to be able to register online. In other words, two or more people cannot register with the same email address. Anyone not wanting to register online will have to register on-site during the conference.
- By completing the registration process, the attendee acknowledges complete understanding and full acceptance of the METROCON TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- The only method of payment accepted online is credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All monetary transactions are to be conducted in U.S. dollars.

On-Site Registration Information:
- Payment for the tradeshow must be made at the Registration Desk at Dallas Market Hall. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
- Payment for CEUs must be made at the CEU Help Desk at Dallas Market Hall. Acceptable methods of payment are check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
- Due to high demand, those registering for continuing education classes will not be allowed to sign up for more than one class designated as “Barrier Free.” TBAE [Texas Board of Architectural Examiners] only requires one (1) of the annually required eight (8) CEPHs for Texas Registered Interior Designers to be designated as “Barrier Free,” and METROCON is trying to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
- Those registering for continuing education classes will not be allowed to sign up for more than one class during any given time slot. METROCON’s goal is to provide as many attendees with as much continuing education as possible, and signing up for classes that will be impossible for one to attend is discourteous to one’s peers and unacceptable to METROCON Committee.

Adding Classes and/or Pre-Paid Lunch:
- METROCON's computer system does allow for changes to your class schedule. To do this go to the Classes Editor and enter the email address and password you registered with originally.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use the same email address that you originally registered with, and you will be taken to your Registration Summary page.
- If you have not yet registered for any classes, click on the ADD CLASSES link. If you have already registered for some classes, click on the EDIT YOUR CLASSES link. If you want to purchase a lunch, click on the EDIT link next to the lunch options.
- Follow the steps to complete the rest of the registration process, paying additional fees if necessary.
- If classes sell out online during pre-registration, stand-by openings may still be available on-site during the conference due to no-shows, but they cannot be guaranteed. If you are already pre-registered for at least one class then you will not be charged on-site for taking additional classes as a stand-by attendee.
- All Continuing Education classes will start promptly on time. Anyone arriving late will forfeit his/her seat to stand-by attendees. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- REFUND POLICY for Attendees of the Tradeshow and/or Continuing Education classes: No refunds will be given for the tradeshow, classes or pre-paid lunch(es) once online transactions have been completed through the website.
