BASE BOOTH PRICING


 
Note that Exhibit space is sold in single 10’ x 10’ booths; however, an Exhibitor may purchase multiple booths to create a larger space - e.g., two (2) booths for a 10’x20’ space, four (4) booths for either a 10’x40’ space or a 20’x20’ space, etc. When multiple booths are purchased, they will ALWAYS be placed together unless requested otherwise.

*To qualify as a Member and receive discounted booth pricing, Exhibitors must be in good standing - i.e., not suspended for non-payment - in at least one of the official organization databases listed above ON MARCH 1, 2017. If not, then the Exhibitor will not qualify as a Member and will need to pay the Non-Member booth price.

$250 PER 10’x10’ BOOTH
Super Premium booth locations (indicated in YELLOW/GREEN on the floor plan) open on to the main aisles, happy hour or lounge areas and are available for an additional $250 per 10’x10’ booth space, regardless of base booth price.
 
Premium


 
$150 PER 10’x10’ BOOTH
Premium booth locations (indicated in PINK/PURPLE on the floor plan) are located on the corner booths or prominent locations and are available for an additional $150 per 10’x10’ booth space, regardless of base booth price.

 

EXTRAS

Badges



 
You receive 3 complimentary badges for every 10’x10’ booth you buy. After that, badges are…
$25 per badge if you pre-register them online
$35 per badge if you register or change them on-site
 
Drink Tickets


 
You receive 3 complimentary drink tickets for the Thursday evening Happy Hour for every 10’x10’ booth you buy. You may purchase more drink tickets on-site for colleagues and clients during the Happy Hour from bar cashiers.
 
Lunches

 
Exhibitor booth workers will have the option of pre-paying for boxed lunches for either or both days of the show. A Food Court serving both hot and cold options will also be available.

 

CONFERENCE

Keynote Speaker



 
Exhibitor booth workers will have the option of registering for the Keynote Speaker. Pricing is as follows:
$15 per person if you pre-register them online
$20 per person if you register them on-site
 
Seminars



 
Exhibitor booth workers will have the option of registering for one or all of our Seminars. Pricing is as follows:
$10 per seminar if you pre-register them online
$15 per seminar if you register them on-site
 
CEUs

 
Exhibitor booth workers who are also design practitioners seeking continuing education credit will have the option of registering for CEUs. Find out more about CEU fees HERE.

 

Want to roll on in? Mobile Display Units

METROCON is again offering an opportunity for manufacturers catering to the built environment to exhibit using their pre-fabricated, contained mobile display units. These mobile units - in the form of enclosed trailers, vans and buses - will be located solely in a dedicated area on the north end of the Main Hall of Dallas Market Hall.

Pricing for the mobile display units for the 2016 show will be the equivalent to Premium Booth pricing - i.e., Base Booth price for a 10'x10' booth + $150 per booth Premium upgrade.

FOR EXAMPLE: if the mobile unit is 8' wide x 48' long, pricing will be based on five (5) 10'x10' Premium Booths, namely:
► Non-Member price: 5 booths x [$900 Base + $150 Premium upgrade] = $5,250
► Member price: 5 booths x [$525 Base + $150 Premium upgrade] = $3,375
► Event Sponsor price: 5 booths x [$500 Base + $150 Premium upgrade] = $5,000

Space is limited and certain restrictions will apply, so every mobile unit will be considered by the METROCON Committee on a first come, first served, case-by-case basis starting November 1, 2016. Manufacturers interested in submitting their mobile displays for consideration should email details - e.g., overall dimensions, vehicle type, links to photos and/or videos of display contents, etc. - to metrocon@metrocon.info.
